Unused, unwashed throws, folded and in their original wrapping, sent back within 30 days of delivery.

Email [email protected] with your order number. We'll reply with the return address.

You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. If the throw arrived damaged or in the wrong colour, we cover it.

If you find a fault in the weave or fringe, send a photo and we'll replace or refund it.

To your original payment method within 5 business days of the return reaching us.
