Care, in short

Air it often, wash it rarely.

Hand wash cool, or dry clean.

Press water out — don't wring.

Dry flat, away from the radiator.

Never tumble dry.

Store clean, folded loosely.

Wool needs less washing than cotton. Most of the time, a shake and an afternoon over a chair by an open window is all it wants.
